Our return policy lasts for 30 days, giving you a month from the day you receive your item to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, exactly as it was when you received it.

Cancellation

If you change your mind after purchasing, please email us within 24 hours to cancel your purchase. Please note that a transaction fee will be charged if a refund is requested between 24 hours after the order is placed and before delivery is completed. Orders cannot be canceled after 30 days of shipment.

Return

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items in their original condition within 30 days. We will refund or replace any items with quality issues reported within 30 days of delivery. However, discounted products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please note that if a return is due to dissatisfaction with the product, the customer is required to pay for both the delivery shipping cost and the return shipping cost. However, if the return is because of a quality issue with the product, the customer will need to pay for the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you will be notified via email about the receipt of your item and whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days. If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please contact us.
