We are confident that you will adore your HatsuNeko cat ear headphones. However, if you have a change of heart, we are delighted to provide a return service within 30 days from the date of receipt. Please refer below for further details regarding our refund and return policy.
Cancellation
If a customer cancels an order on catearheadphones.net within 24 hours of purchase, they are entitled to a full refund. If a refund is requested between 24 hours after placing the order and before delivery completion, transaction fees will be charged. Orders cannot be canceled after 30 days of shipment.
Return
If you find your purchase unsatisfactory, you have the option to return the items in their original condition within 30 days. We will provide a refund or replacement for any items reported to have quality issues within 30 days of delivery. But discounted products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please be aware that if a return is initiated due to product dissatisfaction, the customer is responsible for covering both the initial delivery shipping cost and the return shipping cost. However, if the return is prompted by a quality issue with the product, the customer will only need to cover the return shipping cost.
Return Process
To initiate the return process, kindly reach out to our support team. Please furnish them with proof of purchase, such as an invoice. Upon contacting them, they will provide instructions on how to securely package the products for return. Ensure that all components are included in the package.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email notification confirming receipt of your item and informing you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days. If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please reach out to us.
