Thank you for your support of HatsuNeko cat ear headphones. We've made every effort to create a shipping process that is as user-friendly as possible!
Domestic USA
We provide standard shipping for all orders within the continental United States. After receiving your order, we will process it within 3 business days. Most packages will arrive within 7-10 business days following shipment. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email. Please be prepared to wait a few days if the carrier delays.
Note: No shipments will be made during weekends or public holidays.
International
At present, we are pleased to offer standard shipping options to a wide range of countries worldwide. Upon receiving your order, our team will ensure it is processed and prepared for dispatch within 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you can expect most international deliveries to arrive at your doorstep within 7 to 15 business days.
Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Typically, tracking information updates within 48 hours. If your tracking details have not been updated within 7 business days, please feel free to reach out to us for help.
Shipping Information
Make sure the shipping details you submit to us are correct. We are not liable for any losses, such as lost packages, damage to parcels, delays, or any other problems arising from inaccurate shipping information given by customers.
Taxes, Duties & Tariffs
Upon the arrival of your package in your country, you may be required to pay any applicable import taxes, duties, and tariffs as per the laws of your country in order to successfully pass through customs. If these fees are levied, we will not cover these costs, and it is your responsibility as the customer to pay them.
